چکیده مقاله:

In this study, the mechanical and fracture properties of glass fiber reinforced geopolymer concrete (GFRGPC) were investigated using a combination of numerical methods and artificial intelligence modeling. First, experimental results from a reference study including compressive strength, split tensile strength, flexural strength, and fracture energy tests were extracted on samples with different fiber contents (۰.۱ to ۰.۴ percent) and different lengths (۶ and ۱۳ mm). Then, a numerical model was developed in the MATLAB environment that, using standard analytical equations and verified the results. The average difference between the numerical and experimental results was reported to be less than ۷ percent. The analytical results showed that with a ۰.۳ percent increase in glass fibers, the flexural strength of the samples increased by about ۵۲%. Also, in samples with ۱۳ mm fibers, the fracture energy was recorded as ۳۳% higher than in the same samples with ۶ mm fibers. The stress intensity coefficient (KIc) also increased by up to ۲۸% compared to the control sample in the best case.
