ZnS and InP Quantum dots for Bio-imaging and technology, A mini Review

Nowadays, the development of materials and quantum dots is one of the most important issues in various sciences that can lead to the development of new technologies and the progress of humanity. One of the prominent areas in this field is the use of zinc sulfide (ZnS) and indium phosphate (InP) quantum dots in biological imaging, which can lead to fundamental advances in bio-imaging. In the present study, a mini review of the latest major achievements in the field of biological imaging has been conducted, and the results show that zinc sulfide quantum dots can be useful in developing and identifying cancer cells.
