چکیده مقاله:
The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) with parametric design represents a transformative shift in architectural and structural engineering practices, enhancing the coordination between form and structure. This study explores the application of AI in optimizing architectural designs, focusing on the benefits of using AI-driven parametric design tools to improve structural efficiency, material usage, and environmental performance. The research includes a comprehensive review of recent case studies where AI was applied to various architectural projects, demonstrating the ability of AI algorithms, such as machine learning and genetic algorithms, to optimize structural layouts, reduce material waste, and improve energy performance. Key findings show that AI tools contributed to a ۲۰% reduction in structural weight, ۱۵% reduction in construction time, and ۱۰-۱۲% reduction in material costs. Additionally, AI's role in energy optimization resulted in up to ۱۸% reduction in heating and cooling demands, contributing to more sustainable building practices. Despite these advantages, challenges related to high initial costs, technical limitations, and data quality were identified, limiting the widespread adoption of AI in some sectors. The study concludes by recommending the development of more user-friendly AI tools, collaboration between stakeholders, and enhanced training programs for professionals to overcome these barriers. The continued evolution of AI-based parametric design holds significant potential to shape the future of architecture and engineering, offering innovative, efficient, and sustainable solutions for modern construction challenges.
