چکیده مقاله:
In recent years, the use of graphene as an innovative material in hyperthermia treatments for cancer and other diseases has garnered significant attention. Due to its unique properties, such as high thermal conductivity, the ability to absorb infrared waves, and compatibility with various therapeutic approaches, graphene shows considerable potential in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of hyperthermia methods. However, several challenges, including precise temperature control, uniform heat distribution, biocompatibility, graphene nanoparticle toxicity, and real-time temperature monitoring, still require further research and development. This review provides a comprehensive examination of the challenges, advantages, and existing solutions in the application of graphene in hyperthermia and discusses the future perspectives of this technology in improving therapeutic methods. Leveraging artificial intelligence and machine learning for automatic temperature regulation and optimization of nanoparticle distribution, the development of multifunctional nanoparticles with simultaneous therapeutic and diagnostic capabilities, and chemical modifications in graphene's structure are among the proposed solutions to address the current challenges. Ultimately, given the continuous advancements in this field, graphene is expected to become a key tool in combined and multi-modal therapies, playing a crucial role in advancing hyperthermia methods.
