Successful Natural Pregnancy Following Lifestyle Modification in a ۲۹-Year-Old Woman with Premature Ovarian Insufficiency and an Eight-Year History of Infertility

Premature ovarian insufficiency (POI), characterized by elevated follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) levels (>۳۰ mIU/mL), typically indicates a severely diminished ovarian reserve. In such cases, the likelihood of spontaneous conception is exceedingly low. This case report presents a rare instance of natural pregnancy in a ۲۹-year-old woman with LH = ۱.۷ mIU/mL, FSH = ۳۶.۸ mIU/mL, and an eight-year history of infertility. Despite medical recommendations for donor-egg in vitro fertilization (IVF) and prolonged hormonal therapy, the patient achieved natural conception without pharmacological intervention, relying solely on lifestyle modifications.
