چکیده مقاله:

The failure of international legal system meetings to deal with the climate change crisis has led to the escalation of unfortunate weather events. At the moment, increasing consequences of climate change are acknowledging the intensification of climate instability and Loss of public rights in society. In this regard, this study aims to investigate the infrastructure for obtaining the right to climate sustainability in achieving climate justice. Climate justice will be able to provide the significant correlation in international relations for the success of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) in series of meetings. To achieve the answer to the question, hypothesis, and results advanced in this study, we were used two operational research phases. Therefore, we have used the mechanism for reviewing international legal instruments related to climate change and the expert review mechanism. In the view of this research, achieving a sustainable society with a weight of ۸۸.۸, a sustainable and circular economy with a weight of ۸۰, and a healthy environment with a weight of ۷۱.۳ are considered significant infrastructures in achieving the right to climate sustainability.
