چکیده مقاله:

This study investigates the influence of electron mobility in the electron transport layer (ETL) on the performance of perovskite solar cells using SCAPS-based simulations. By varying electron mobility across a wide range from 〖(۲×۱۰〗^(-۳) cm^۲/Vs) to〖(۲×۱۰〗^۳ cm^۲/Vs), the impact on key solar cell parameters open-circuit voltage (Voc), short-circuit current density (Jsc), fill factor (FF), and efficiency was analyzed. The results demonstrate that increasing electron mobility leads to slight improvements in ( Jsc), (FF), and efficiency, with the overall efficiency stabilizing at approximately ۱۷.۰۹%. However, (Voc) remains largely unaffected by mobility changes, indicating that the performance of the solar cell is influenced more by other factors such as material properties and interface quality. These findings highlight that while optimizing electron mobility can enhance solar cell performance, other design considerations remain crucial for achieving significant efficiency gains. In this study, we reached important results on the performance of the perovskite solar cell and its main parameters, which have greatly contributed to the process of building its laboratory prototype.
