Analyzing the Requirements for Systematic Application of Artificial Intelligence in Improving Inspection Processes (A Case Study: Iran Khodro Industrial Group)

With the development of technology and science, many companies are trying to use artificial intelligence in the automotive industry. The automotive industry is at the peak of a technological revolution and artificial intelligence is ready to redefine the way vehicles are designed, operated, experienced and produced. Today, people still do not have a deep understanding of the application of artificial intelligence in the automotive industry. Artificial intelligence, data science and machine learning are key terms for improving every industrial sector today. The cost of quality is a measure to measure the extent to which an organization is turning to quality and examine its profit and loss effect. This system also makes employees aware of the costs of poor quality and helps them find the most cost-effective way to do it with the aim of meeting customer requirements. The purpose of this research is to provide solutions to improve quality and prevent errors in production processes through the use of technology RPA and AI-SEE (Artificial Intelligence Vision) (Robotic Process Automation) in Iran Khodro Industrial Group.
