چکیده مقاله:

One-repetition maximum (۱-RM) testing is common in dynamic strength assessments and aids appropriate resistance training prescription. Measuring ۱-RM strength is often challenging and estimating ۱-RM could be problematic. This study investigated the relationship between barbell back squat (BBS) and dumbbell split-squat (DSS) maximum strength (i.e., ۱-RM), as DSS ۱-RM is less commonly tested. Fourteen resistance-trained men (age: ۲۸.۹±۷.۸ y, body mass: ۸۳.۷±۹.۴ kg) performed ۱-RM BBS and three repetition
