Synthesis and investigation of the reaction 4-tertio butyl-2-(N-piperidino methyl)-1-piperidino-cyano cyclohexane With aryl magnesium bromide

Various 1-aryl cyclohexyl amines were synthesized for evaluation as central nervous depressants [1]. In this research, we synthesized 4-tertio butyl-2-(N-piperidino methyl)-1-piperidino-cyano cyclohexane from 4-tertio butyl-2-(N-piperidino methyl) cyclohexanone and KCN [2,3]. The new derivative of 1-aryl cyclohexyl amines was prepared from this nitrile by replacement of the cyano group by aryl using Grignard reagent [4]. The structure of nitrile compound and product of reaction this nitrile with Grignard reagent was confirmed by MASS,IR,13C-NMR,1H-NMR
