One of the concepts that has received significant attention in the field of education in recent years is the flipped learning method. This approach, also known as flipped teaching or flipped classroom, has grown and developed greatly in the past decade due to fundamental changes in educational systems. Flipped learning is a new method that is designed based on human psychological characteristics; therefore, it has many differences from traditional educational methods. This study, by asking the question: What is the flipped teaching method?, tries to explain that flipped learning is a new approach in education that has attracted a lot of attention worldwide in recent years. This method, which is one of the new methods of teaching in elementary and other educational levels, is generally in conflict with traditional and direct models of education. In traditional methods, the teaching process is mainly carried out in the classroom and under the guidance of a teacher, while students usually do their homework individually and at home. By knowing the definition of education, you can do this process better. In the flipped learning teaching method, this process changes in a creative way. The present study is descriptive and the research findings were obtained through library and field study. In this study, the effect of flipped teaching on the learning rate of students in virtual education was examined. Therefore, the aim of the present study is to examine the effect of using the flipped teaching approach on the academic achievement of students in virtual classes.
