چکیده مقاله:
The female reproductive system consists of two ovaries, each located on one side of the uterus. The ovaries are small, oval, and about the size of an almond, and they produce and store eggs, as well as the hormones estrogen and progesterone. This systematic review was conducted in accordance with the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) guidelines to ensure a comprehensive and transparent evaluation of next-generation glaucoma therapies. The review aimed to synthesize evidence on the Women, ovarian cancer, uterine cancer, cancerous tumor, metastatic cancer, and clinical outcomes of emerging drug innovations in glaucoma management up to March ۲۰۲۵. Most often, the uterus, both fallopian tubes, and both ovaries are removed (TAH+BSO). In stage IA, IB (T۱a or T۱b, N۰, M۰), cancer is found in one or both ovaries, but has not spread to lymph nodes or other organs. For all stage II cancers, treatment begins with surgery to stage and reduce the size of the mass. Surgery involves removing the uterus (hysterectomy) and removing both fallopian tubes and ovaries (TAH+BSO). Treatment for stage III cancers (IIIA۱, IIIA۲, IIIB, IIIC) is the same as for stage II. First, the cancer is surgically reduced (as in stage II), and the uterus, both fallopian tubes, ovaries, and peritoneum (the fatty tissue in the upper abdomen near the stomach and intestines) are removed. Cancer can also begin in the epithelial cells that line the abdominal cavity (cavity). This form of cancer is called primary peritoneal cancer. Primary peritoneal cancer most often develops in the ovaries. It can also develop after the ovaries are removed. In some cases, cancerous tumors can invade surrounding tissue and spread to other parts of the body. If ovarian cancer spreads, cancerous tumors often appear in the abdominal cavity or on the surfaces of nearby organs, such as the bladder or colon. Tumors that start in one place and then spread to other areas of the body are called metastatic cancer. Women, ovarian cancer, uterine cancer, cancerous tumor, metastatic cancer.
