Fauna of eriophyoid mites in the Arbabkandi villages of Meshginshahr city, including a new record for Iran.

The aim of this study was to identify and introduce the eriophyoid mites of the Arbab Kandi village rangelands in Meshginshahr county. We randomly sampled the dominant plants of the area in the ۲۰۲۰ growing season and prepared microscopic slides from the extracted mites. We identified two subfamilies, three tribes, five genera and ۱۰ species of eriophyoid mites, including Aceria bendeguzi Ripka ۲۰۱۵, which was a new record for the Iranian fauna.
