چکیده مقاله:

The rapid rate of urbanization has necessitated the creation of cities as smart, tech-driven places with the aim of enhancing the quality of life of their residents. Promoting the public health is one of the most crucial aspects of this endeavor. This study examines the role of smart city technology such as Internet of Things (IoT) devices, data analysis, e-health platforms, and real-time environmental monitoring in improving citizens' health and well-being. Synthesizing international case study findings with academic literature, the study extracts salient mechanisms through which smart infrastructure improves disease prevention, enhanced emergency response, remote patient monitoring, and health education. The results highlight that cities that have taken holistic smart health strategies realize tremendous improvements in the availability, effectiveness, and personalization of healthcare services. The article concludes by supporting an agenda for inclusion of health-focused planning in the policies of smart city development to achieve proximity of technological advancement to inclusive public health
