چکیده مقاله:

Nowadays, multi-input DC-DC converters are increasingly prevalent in the field of renewable energy sources to address their fluctuating nature. This research article presents a high-power density dual-source DC-DC converter with reduced switch voltage stress, achieved through a self-regulating duty ratio. The proposed converter features only one inductor and a lesser number of components compared to existing non-isolated multi-input DC-DC converters. This configuration results in a reduced cost, compact size, and a more efficient converter, with lower switch and diode voltage stress. A comprehensive analysis of the various operational modes of the proposed converter and the associated component stress is provided. The converter is capable of supplying load power from one or two sources simultaneously and independently. Simulated results are presented in the MATLAB/Simulink environment to validate the proposed system design. A prototype of the converter has also been implemented and is currently being tested to verify the theoretical analysis. The hardware results closely agree with the simulated results.
