چکیده مقاله:

As the Ukraine war enters its ۳۴th month, the balance of power has shifted decisively in favor of Russia, leaving Kyiv with little chance of victory. Russia holds significant advantages over Ukraine in terms of military personnel and economic strength, which are crucial in this prolonged conflict. Benefiting from the vast military-industrial legacy of the Soviet Union, Russia has the capacity to produce weapons on a large scale. While the West poured tens of billions of dollars of military aid into Ukraine during the first year of the war, enthusiasm for continued support has waned. The potential return of Donald Trump to the White House, who has repeatedly promised to end U.S. support for Ukraine, signals diminishing Western resolve. Ukraine, hampered by internal deficiencies in manpower and arms production, is entirely dependent on Western aid. A cessation of this aid would likely seal Moscow’s victory.
