چکیده مقاله:
The integration of Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) into healthcare environments has opened new pathways for improving occupational health and safety (OHS), particularly in high-risk clinical settings such as dental clinics. This research adopts a foresight-based managerial approach to explore how generative AI can support health managers in identifying occupational hazards, automating risk assessments, and implementing preventive interventions in real time. Through a qualitative futures study using expert interviews and scenario analysis, key technological enablers, organizational challenges, and strategic implications were identified. The findings indicate that the strategic deployment of AI-driven systems can significantly reduce human error, enhance ergonomic awareness, and promote a culture of proactive safety. This study proposes a conceptual model outlining the managerial dimensions required to leverage AI in achieving smarter, safer, and more resilient dental healthcare environments.
