چکیده مقاله:
This paper discusses the enhancement and improvement of transient stability and, in addition, the change in power transfer capability in a power system. Power systems are inherently nonlinear and experience a wide range of transient conditions that result in low frequency oscillations as well as power fluctuations that are difficult to control. In transient stability, the power network is subjected to a large disturbance, usually a fault that lasts for a short time, causing a significant reduction in the generator's terminal voltage and ability to transmit synchronous power. The implementation of new equipment including high power electronics based technologies such as flexible alternating current transmission systems is considered in this research. In this paper, inter-line power flow controller (IPFC) is used in combination with power system stabilizer (PSS) to improve the transient stability and the PSS coefficients are adjusted by GWO optimization method. For optimization of PSS-based IPFC parameters the Gray Wolf Algorithm (GWO) Optimization algorithm is utilized. Using this algorithm, complex problems can be solved with high efficiency and in less time. Given the importance and efficiency of this algorithm, it is recommended that anyone interested in optimizing problems use this training to achieve the best results.
