چکیده مقاله:

This paper aims to present the square shape cross dipole antenna and the empirical result of a dual slant linear (±۴۵º) polarized antenna (DSLPA) with offering a new method to improve XPD index by employing two pairs of parasitic elements in ۳۳۰۰-۳۸۰۰ MHz band for TDD-LTE networks. In this paper, after the introduction of the complete configuration of the designed antenna, the XPD parameter is calculated for the proposed antenna, and it is shown how adding parasitic elements leads to improved XPD levels. The designed antenna attains acceptable broadside radiation specifications including symmetric radiation patterns, Suitable XPD level at boresight (>۲۰ dB) and within ±۶۰º of the main lobe (>۱۰ dB) in horizontal cut, low backlobe level (F/B > ۲۰ dB) and high port to port isolation (>۲۵ dB). Implementation results considering the effect of antenna cover show that the proposed antenna has an impedance bandwidth of ۱۴.۱% (۳۳۰۰-۳۸۰۰ MHz) with a VSWR <۱.۵ and an average gain is about ۶-۷ dBi. It is also very suitable for designing array antennas used in TDD-LTE and ۵G networks.
