چکیده مقاله:

Microalgae are promising candidates for sustainable energy generation due to their high photosynthetic efficiency, rapid growth rates, and ability to accumulate substantial lipid content suitable for biofuel production. They convert CO۲ and sunlight into biomass rich in lipids, carbohydrates, and proteins, which can be transformed into various biofuels such as biodiesel, bioethanol, biogas, and biohydrogen through thermochemical and biochemical conversion processes including gasification, pyrolysis, fermentation, and transesterification. In this review we showed Microalgae cultivation can be performed in bioenergy production without competing for arable land or freshwater resources.
