Learning English as a foreign language is a complex process influenced by various factors. Thinking logically is one of these factors which plays a crucial role in learning and using grammar. This study explores the effect of logical thinking on grammar proficiency. A quantitative approach was employed, involving ۲۲ female EFL learners between ۲۰ to ۲۵ years old, who completed a structured questionnaire including logical thinking test (Inductive and Deductive reasoning) and Oxford grammar test. Data were collected using a Google Form and analyzed through descriptive statistics and Pearson correlation in Excel. Data analysis using Pearson correlation revealed a relationship between logical thinking and grammar proficiency. Findings showed a positive correlation between two variables which means Students who possess stronger logical thinking abilities generally demonstrate better performance in their use of grammar, as their capacity to analyze, reason, and recognize patterns may contribute to a more accurate and effective understanding of grammatical structures. These findings imply that enhancing logical thinking may support grammar learning in EFL contexts.
