چکیده مقاله:

Introduction: The aim of this study is to predict the knowledge sharing behavior of nurses of the Ministry of Health, Treatment and Medical Education based on Ajzen's Theory of Planned Behavior. Methods: The method of this study is a systematic review or meta-analysis, and the data were extracted from information sources based on the content analysis method. In terms of the research approach, it is inductive, because, based on detailed studies, general results are obtained. The data collection method is a virtual library, and the data collection tool is search strategies (keywords) on the web and information databases. The statistical population of this study includes ۱۱ research articles in quantitative and qualitative methods that have been entered into meta-analysis in national and international databases regarding knowledge sharing based on Ajzen's Theory of Planned Behavior (TBPA) in the period ۲۰۰۰-۲۰۲۴. Findings: The results showed that the TBPA components of attitude, perceived behavioral control, subjective norms, and intention were fully supported in ۸۱% of the studies in predicting nurses' behavioral intention to share knowledge and were effective in ۱۹% of the studies. The components of perceived behavioral control, attitude, and subjective norms, respectively, had the strongest effect on nurses' predicted intention to share knowledge. Conclusion: The TBPA theory is well supported in predicting nurses' behavioral intention to share knowledge. The components of perceived behavioral control, attitude, and subjective norms, respectively, had the strongest effect on nurses' predicted behavioral intention to share knowledge.
