چکیده مقاله:
In this study the mechanical properties of enhanced re_entrant structure has been investigated. First, an analytical model for evaluating effective Young’s modulus and Poisson’s ratio, based on Castigliano’s theory has been presented. In the presented solu tion the mechanical properties have been extracted in two directions. Comparing the results obtained from numerical solution and analytical solution, shows that the proposed solution has high accuracy. Furthermore, the variations in mechanical properties o f the structure with different geometrical parameters have been investigated by using the proposed solution. The results show that the changes in different parameters have different impacts on the mechanical properties.
