چکیده مقاله:

Given the growing prevalence of metal ۳D printing in various industries, this research investigates the quality, mechanical properties, and corrosion resistance of AlSi۱۰Mg aluminum alloy parts printed using Selective Laser Melting (SLM). To this end, ۴ disk-shaped specimens with a diameter of ۱۵ mm and a thickness of ۳.۵ mm were printed, and some of them underwent subsequent stress relief and anodizing heat treatments. The resulting specimens were then subjected to various tests, including Vickers hardness testing, density measurement, roughness measurement, quantitative chemical analysis, and salt spray corrosion resistance testing, to examine the impact of the ۳D printing process and secondary operations on the properties of the specimens. The results showed that the mechanical properties of the printed specimens did not significantly change compared to the reference aluminum alloy, and its corrosion resistance was also similar to the reference specimen after anodizing. It was also determined that stress relief heat treatment had no effect on the properties of the specimen.
