چکیده مقاله:

In today's competitive environment, selecting the right suppliers is one of the key challenges in supply chain management, which has a direct impact on the quality, cost, and productivity of the organization. This research uses the Fuzzy ARAS method with the aim of evaluating and prioritizing suppliers of rice ingots in Dossena Industrial Company. First, the key criteria for supplier selection were identified and weighted based on the opinions of experts. Then, using fuzzy logic, qualitative data was converted into quantitative values and suppliers were ranked. The results showed that this method, by combining multi-criteria and fuzzy decision-making, can increase the accuracy of assessments and reduce the uncertainties associated with decision-making. The findings showed that supplier number ۳ (S۳) had the highest ranking and was selected as the preferred option. This research shows that using fuzzy MCDM methods under uncertainty can improve decision-making and reduce supply chain risks.
