Results showed a positive correlation between age and size (r=۰.۵۵۲), age and resection time (r=۰.۳۳۱) .additionally size and resection time (r=۰.۵۵۹), size and infection (r=۰.۴۱۵) and time and infection (r=۰.۴۷۰). Follow up of postoperative patients revealed mild infection in two and mild vaginal bleeding in ۴ patients. Conclusion: The Bigatti Shaver (IBS) is confirmed to be a safe and effective procedure for the removal of RPOC.
