چکیده مقاله:

Background and Aims: The increasing demand for accessible healthcare education underscores the need for innovative tools to empower patients and their families. This study aims to design and propose an intelligent nursing chatbot architecture based on artificial intelligence and natural language processing to deliver standardized nursing care education. Methods: The proposed chatbot architecture integrates advanced natural language processing models to provide accurate and user-friendly responses. It is designed to operate across multiple platforms, including websites, WhatsApp, and Telegram. The development process involves creating a knowledge base covering medication management, nutrition, wound care, public health, and chronic disease management. The chatbot employs a conversational interface to engage users, with iterative testing to ensure reliability and usability across diverse user groups. Results: The chatbot successfully delivers scientifically validated information tailored to user queries, enhancing patient knowledge in key nursing care areas. Preliminary testing indicates high user satisfaction, with the chatbot effectively addressing ۸۵% of queries accurately across platforms. Its multilingual capability and accessibility ensure broad reach, particularly for underserved populations. The system demonstrates adaptability in updating its knowledge base to reflect current medical guidelines. Conclusion: The intelligent nursing chatbot offers a scalable solution to bridge gaps in healthcare education, empowering patients and families with practical nursing knowledge. Its deployment across widely used platforms enhances accessibility, fostering better self-care and health outcomes. Future work should focus on expanding the chatbot’s capabilities to include real-time health monitoring integration and personalized care plans, further strengthening its role in nursing education and patient empowerment.
