چکیده مقاله:

Background and Aims: Holography, as an advanced imaging technique, allows for the reconstruction of high-precision ۳D images, which is very effective in diagnosing and analyzing diseases. The research method includes a review of scientific literature, case studies, and analysis of available data on the applications of holography in medicine. The findings show that holography plays a significant role in increasing image resolution, accurately reconstructing ۳D structures, reducing diagnostic errors, and improving surgical simulations. However, there are also challenges such as high costs and the need for technical expertise. Finally, it is concluded that holography, as an emerging method, has great potential for improving diagnostic and therapeutic processes in medicine and, with further development, can become one of the key tools in this field. The main goal of this article is to comprehensively examine the applications of holography in medical image processing and evaluate its advantages over traditional methods. Methods: comprehensive search was conducted in reputable scientific databases such as PubMed, IEEE Xplore, and Scopus for collecting research articles, conference reports, and books related to applications of holography in medical image processing. Analysis was performed on case studies where holographic methods were used for disease diagnosis or surgical simulations. Result: Holography can create detailed ۳D images from medical data, improving the observation of body structures and aiding in the diagnosis of small or complex anomalies. This technique enhances image quality, reduces diagnostic errors, and supports accurate interpretations. In surgical simulations, holography provides surgeons with a clear view for better preoperative planning. It also produces high-quality images in medical microscopy, assisting in the diagnosis of tissue-related diseases. Overall, using holograms may decrease diagnostic errors compared to traditional methods. Conclusion: Overall, holography is an innovative method that improves disease diagnosis and treatment strategies. Its ability to provide high-resolution images while reducing traditional errors makes it a significant advancement in medical imaging. However, there are still existing limitations that need to be addressed to ensure its future effectiveness as a key tool in enhancing human health through diagnosis and treatment research.
