چکیده مقاله:

Background and Aims: Telemedicine experienced remarkable growth during and after the recent COVID-۱۹ pandemic. Telemedicine, a technological tool, is being applied in assisted reproduction technology to provide remote consultations, monitoring, and support for patients. We review scientific databases and use artificial intelligent to assess the beneficial use of telemedicine in reproductive medicine and infertility treatment and limitation factors of the evolution in the clinical practice of medicine through telehealth and telemedicine. Reproductive medicine and infertility treatment present a complex array of challenges that can significantly influence patient outcomes and quality of life. In recent years, telemedicine has emerged as a promising solution to address these challenges. By leveraging digital technologies, healthcare providers can enhance patient care, improve access to specialized services, and reduce the burden of traditional healthcare delivery models. To assess these outcomes essential equipment is needed for telemedicine in reproductive medicine; high-speed internet connection, high-quality video conferencing equipment, secure electronic health record systems, remote patient monitoring devices and telehealth platforms. Overall, these requirements provide remarkable opportunities for governments and businesses to invest in technology for telemedicine in assisted reproduction.
