چکیده مقاله:
Background and Aims: The rapid advancement of artificial intelligence (AI) in healthcare has created unprecedented opportunities to improve patient outcomes, enhance medical research, and streamline healthcare operations. However, as AI becomes increasingly integrated into healthcare systems, it is essential to address the ethical implications of its implementation to ensure that medical rights are protected. This paper aims to explore the relationship between medical rights and the guarantee of medical ethics in the context of AI-driven healthcare, highlighting the key considerations that must be taken into account to ensure that the benefits of AI are fully realized while maintaining adherence to medical ethical principles. Methods: This paper adopts a qualitative approach, reviewing relevant literature on the intersection of AI, medical rights, and medical ethics. It synthesizes case studies, ethical analyses, and regulatory frameworks to assess the potential challenges posed by AI in healthcare. The research focuses on identifying the ethical issues that must be addressed in the development and deployment of AI systems to safeguard medical rights and maintain ethical standards. Results: The findings indicate that while AI has the potential to revolutionize healthcare by improving efficiency and patient outcomes, it also presents significant ethical concerns. Key challenges include the potential for biases in AI-powered diagnostic tools, which may undermine the right to informed consent and the right to quality care. Furthermore, the extensive collection and analysis of patient data by AI systems raise serious concerns regarding patient privacy and confidentiality. The paper also identifies the need for robust regulatory frameworks to address these issues effectively. Conclusion: AI-driven healthcare systems offer significant promise in transforming healthcare delivery and improving patient outcomes. However, it is imperative that medical rights are protected and medical ethics are upheld in the design and implementation of AI systems. Achieving this requires a multifaceted approach, involving the creation of ethical AI systems, the establishment of comprehensive regulatory frameworks, and ongoing monitoring of AI technologies to ensure that ethical standards are consistently maintained.
