Furthermore, I compare traditional dispute resolution approaches with those based on blockchain technology, evaluating their respective strengths and weaknesses. Additionally, I look into the obligations and liabilities of the parties involved in self-executing contracts, suggesting strategies for managing risks to alleviate these liabilities. My research emphasizes the urgent need for legal reforms to tackle the complex challenges posed by smart contracts and encourages ongoing investigation and innovation in this rapidly evolving field.
