Emerging Hydroacoustic Approaches and Technologies for Underwater Protection Equipment

Given the significant importance of the maritime industry and its critical role in the transportation chain and international trade, as well as its vital impact on military and political issues, this industry has always been faced with numerous threats and challenges. The need to enhance security and counteract these threats in this domain is increasingly receiving attention. In this regard, modern strategies and technologies are utilized as an effective solution to secure maritime systems in open waters. This research, after outlining the threats and challenges in the maritime sector, examines some of the innovative technologies and products related to the protection of underwater systems. Subsequently, the approaches of camouflage and concealment are discussed, and the best approach is recommended. Finally, considering the necessity of the active and continuous presence of naval forces in the Persian Gulf, solutions and suggestions for advancing and developing the objectives outlined in this area are presented.
