چکیده مقاله:

In recent years, psychological problems have increased among Russian students, and factors such as academic pressure, financial difficulties, feelings of isolation, and limited access to counseling services have played a role in this. Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and its internet-based version (iCBT) have been recognized as one of the effective interventions in improving students' mental health. The present study used a systematic review method to examine studies conducted over the past decade (۲۰۱۵-۲۰۲۴) in reputable databases such as elibrary, Cyberleninka, and Google Scholar. Articles that discussed the effectiveness of CBT in treating problems such as depression, anxiety, academic procrastination, suicidal thoughts, sleep disorders, and personality disorders in students were selected and analyzed based on the inclusion criteria. The results showed that CBT is effective in improving the mental health of Russian students and can play a role in reducing anxiety, academic stress, insomnia, and personality disorders. Also, the use of iCBT as a digital treatment method is considered a suitable option for students, by increasing access to mental health services, reducing costs, and providing flexibility in receiving treatment. Based on these findings, it is recommended that Russian universities expand CBT and iCBT programs in their counseling centers and that educational policymakers invest more in the development of online treatment infrastructure.
