چکیده مقاله:

This study examines how European private law addresses AI's impact on career advancement, analyzing legal frameworks, skill transformations, and workplace equity across ۱۰ countries. Findings reveal significant gaps in liability rules (۷۳% of cases unresolved) and persistent algorithmic biases (۲۸% fewer promotions for older workers). While Nordic states lead in adaptive policies, Southern Europe lags in upskilling (۳۵% wider gender gaps). The research highlights the urgent need for harmonized EU standards to balance innovation with worker protections, proposing reforms in accountability, skills development, and anti-discrimination measures for AI-driven workplaces.
