چکیده مقاله:

Today, literacy is a priority for academic and work progress, but with the advancement of science, there are many types of literacy. The literacy category in UNESCO is divided into ۱۲ categories. In this article, we will analyze the case of scientific literacy, which means scientific methods, the ability to use scientific data and the ability to discuss and solve problems using scientific solutions, and the most minor of which is numeracy, reading and writing. The most important issue in cognitive development is the learning skills of the child to the process of creating a relatively stable change in behavior that is the result of experience. One of the factors that measure literacy skills is to learn how much a person learns about visible behavior or performance. It is he and the hidden behavior of the power of thought that causes emotions and effective diseases, including learning disabilities, and also in Paragraph A of Article ۲۹ of the convention on the rights of the child, it also refers to the complete development of the mental and physical talents and abilities of children in this field. The definition of intelligence is the ability to solve problems and adapt to the environment, but there is no single definition for it because the level of talent and access to educational resources and learning methods vary. Today, with the spread of new educational technologies and the emergence of artificial intelligence and its effects on human rights rules in learning science, which measures the scoring criteria in Article ۲۶ of the declaration of human rights. It's about the right to education. They can affect a child's emotional intelligence skills. In Article ۲۸ of the convention on the rights of the child, the right of equal use of children in education and the creation of opportunities for access in any appropriate and universal way, which we will take steps to improve and eliminate existing discrimination by examining them in full.
