چکیده مقاله:

This essay explores the mediating role of resilience in the relationship between loneliness and students' mental health. Loneliness is a prevalent issue among students, often linked to negative mental health outcomes such as depression, anxiety, and stress. However, resilience—the ability to adapt and recover from adversity—may act as a protective factor, buffering the harmful effects of loneliness. The essay examines how resilient individuals are better able to cope with loneliness through adaptive coping strategies, social support, and emotional regulation, leading to improved mental well-being. By analyzing existing literature and theoretical frameworks, the essay argues that resilience can mitigate the adverse impact of loneliness on mental health, providing valuable insights for university mental health programs and interventions. In conclusion, fostering resilience in students may serve as an effective strategy to address loneliness and promote overall mental health in academic settings.
