In recent years, the use of chatbots in mental health has expanded significantly. This paper introduces a chatbot that, by utilizing fuzzy logic, can better understand users' emotions and respond empathetically. The main goal of designing such a system is to help psychiatric patients reduce anxiety, combat loneliness, and improve social connections through a digital platform. With the advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies, the use of chatbots in psychological therapies has rapidly increased. Particularly in situations where access to in-person counseling is limited, chatbots can offer essential support to psychiatric patients. This paper analyzes the benefits, challenges, and functions of these systems and proposes recommendations for their effective use in mental health treatments
