چکیده مقاله:

This paper examines the gradual implementation of systems and methods, Business Intelligence (BI), and data mining in a high-tech industrial mechatronics company. The main objective of this research is to improve business processes, optimize data utilization for strategic decision-making, and increase organizational productivity. Initially, business processes were identified and modeled, and then these processes were implemented in existing systems. Subsequently, using BI tools, data from ERP systems and internal software were extracted, integrated, and analyzed. Finally, management dashboards were created for the organization's managers to assist in data-driven decision-making. The results of this research indicate that the implementation of these systems has led to improved process efficiency, reduced costs, and increased profitability. Additionally, the use of BI has contributed to forecasting production trends, inventory management, and sales analysis. This research emphasizes the importance of data integration and the use of BI tools to enhance process management and strategic decision-making.
