Findings and Conclusion: We have witnessed some progress in the field of guaranteeing and protecting the right to nutrition and ensuring food security through criminal policy, but in this area, differentiation is not seen in criminal laws. The Iranian legal system should adopt a comprehensive health charter for preventive and responsive criminal policy in this area and propose larger policies so that existing laws can be amended accordingly, which are examined in this study.
