چکیده مقاله:

This research can be utilized to administrators of project-oriented organizations in macro project portfolio management, reviewing the results of strategic goals, allocating resources to projects, and finally adjusting the project portfolio by obtaining the most optimal possible situation. The recipients of this study will be all companies and organizations that intend to manage several projects in the form of a portfolio. The model presented in this research is developed in several stages and in each of these stages, the results of the model can satisfy part of the requirements of organizations associated with multiple projects. In this study, the optimal resource allocation of the maintenance program in portfolio management has been done with a particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm. Real agents have been investigated to determine the effectiveness of the suggested approach. According to the results, consideration of operational restrictions varies the cost and revenue values of the portfolio contradictorily. The penalty cost and total profit of the system are changed due to the variation of maintenance and operation resources changes.
