The FinTech industry has been rapidly growing and evolving in recent decades, and it is expected to bring about significant transformations in the financial services market by ۲۰۲۵, with new innovative trends. This study examines the developments in FinTech by ۲۰۲۵, as well as the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead. In recent years, FinTech has revolutionized the delivery of financial and banking services by integrating advanced technologies such as blockchain, artificial intelligence, digital banking, and cryptocurrencies. Additionally, novel approaches like embedded finance, which places financial services in non-financial contexts, are expanding. This research uses the SWOT model to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the FinTech industry, assessing its global challenges and opportunities. The findings suggest that by ۲۰۲۵, FinTech, with advancements in new technologies and increased access to digital financial services, will become one of the most important drivers of transformation in global financial systems. At the same time, challenges such as cybersecurity issues, privacy concerns, and legal regulations will remain some of the main barriers to growth and development in this industry. This study identifies future trends, innovations, and their impacts on financial markets, offering suggestions for accelerating the global adoption of these technologies.
