بررسی نقش مسئولیت اجتماعی بر حقوق تجارت بین الملل

چکیده :

هدف از اجرای این پژوهش، بررسی نقش مسئولیت اجتماعی بر حقوق حقوق تجارت بین الملل شرکت های صنعتی استان یزد است. مسئولیت اجتماعی شرکت ها، از طریق پرسشنامه ای که حاوی 43 سئوال در زمینه مسئولیت اجتماعی کارکنان، مشتریان، سرمایه گذاران، جامعه، محیط زیست و تامین کنندگان می باشد، اندازه گیری شد. از اطلاعات 18 شرکت صنعتی در سال 1400 استفاده شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها نیز روش رگرسیون سلسله مراتبی به کار گرفته شده است. نتایج پژوهش نشان می دهد مسئولیت اجتماعی شرکت نسبت به 6 سهامدار رابطه معنی داری وجود دارد. این پژوهش به مدیران کمک خواهد کرد تا سیاست های موثر مربوط به مسئولیت اجتماعی شرکت ها که برای دستیابی به حقوق تجارت بین الملل بهتر آن ها در بلند مدت لازم است را توسعه دهند. همچنین بینشی را برای شرکت ها در زمینه نقش مسئولیت اجتماعی در کسب منافع آتی فراهم می نماید. هدف از اجرای این پژوهش، بررسی نقش مسئولیت اجتماعی بر حقوق حقوق تجارت بین الملل شرکت های صنعتی استان یزد است. مسئولیت اجتماعی شرکت ها، از طریق پرسشنامه ای که حاوی 43 سئوال در زمینه مسئولیت اجتماعی کارکنان، مشتریان، سرمایه گذاران، جامعه، محیط زیست و تامین کنندگان می باشد، اندازه گیری شد. از اطلاعات 18 شرکت صنعتی در سال 1400 استفاده شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها نیز روش رگرسیون سلسله مراتبی به کار گرفته شده است. نتایج پژوهش نشان می دهد مسئولیت اجتماعی شرکت نسبت به 6 سهامدار رابطه معنی داری وجود دارد. این پژوهش به مدیران کمک خواهد کرد تا سیاست های موثر مربوط به مسئولیت اجتماعی شرکت ها که برای دستیابی به حقوق تجارت بین الملل بهتر آن ها در بلند مدت لازم است را توسعه دهند. همچنین بینشی را برای شرکت ها در زمینه نقش مسئولیت اجتماعی در کسب منافع آتی فراهم می نماید.
