چکیده مقاله:
Students are from prosperous and knowledgeable level of Society. So, consider of their physical and mental health is one of the most important necessities of every society. The aim of this study was survey the effect of regular music aerobic exercises on health-related quality of life of sedentary female students. In this semi-experience research, ۲۴ sedentary healthy female students were volunteered in two groups of experimental (n=۱۲) and control (n=۱۲). The assessment instruments of health-related quality of life, was a survey of quality of life from World Health Organization (WHO). The regular music aerobic exercises protocol includes sessions between ۵۰ to ۶۰ minutes at ۶۰ to ۷۵ percent of maximum heart rate, three sessions per week for eight weeks. The data processed by using SPSS version ۲۲ and Independent and dependent t-test. Present study's findings showed a significant increase in quality of life's levels in experiment group as compared to control group. Also, all the scales of physical, mental health, social Relationships and environment's health improved, that this improvement Was significant only in scales of mental environmental health (p-۰/۰۰۱, p-۰/۰۵). The results of present study were approved the Positive effect of regular music aerobic exercises in health-related quality of life and different aspects of physical, mental, environmental health and the social relationships of sedentary female students.
