چکیده مقاله:
Extensive international trade and broad, strategic political relations with countries are the most important processes for growth and development. Adopting appropriate tactics to achieve these goals and providing the necessary conditions for it varies from country to country. Establishing free trade and economic zones is one of the most important of these tactics. Free trade zones, as special economic zones, are established with the aim of facilitating trade and attracting foreign investment. These zones are usually exempt from the usual economic and customs laws and regulations of countries and provide conditions for economic activities with minimal barriers. Among the features of these zones are tax exemptions, ease of importing and exporting goods, and facilitation of capital attraction. Economic benefits include increased employment, infrastructure development, and improved competitiveness of local industries. However, there are also challenges such as the possibility of creating a dependent economy, regulatory problems, and negative impacts on domestic industries. Free trade zones, as special economic zones, have specific legal and regulatory aspects that help facilitate trade and attract foreign investment. This article examines the dimensions of free trade zones and the legal review of free trade zones, including the governing laws, management structure, and legal challenges existing in these zones using an analytical method.
