چکیده مقاله:

Arthritis, fibromyalgia, and chronic fatigue syndrome are common chronic diseases described mainly with chronic pain and compulsive symptoms that severely affect the quality of life and daily activity. These conditions frequently present challenges to traditional medicine, leading to an interest in complementary methods. Naturopathy, an integrative health care approach focused on the body’s innate healing capabilities, has emerged as an important strategy for supporting the management of chronic pain and related symptoms. This review examines the diverse role that naturopathic interventions, such as herbal medicine, acupuncture, nutritional therapy, and mind-body, including meditation and yoga, play in pain relief and overall health. It also assesses the evidence supporting these interventions, the difficulty of standardizing treatments, why they often go in along with conventional medicine and more. The review further highlights gaps in existing knowledge and provides recommendations for future research, with the intent to optimize naturopathic management for chronic disease and patient outcomes.
