چکیده مقاله:

Health tourism has demonstrated rapid expansion during recent times because patients now seek specialized treatment, including cardiovascular disease (CVD) management in foreign medical facilities. International medical facilities attract patients who need CVD treatments because they provide clinical resources and reduced costs. This narrative literature review evaluates ۱۹ research articles from reputable journals to determine what drives patients to choose healthcare outside their country. The review investigates the effect of health tourism on clinical results and health facilities alongside ethical matters concerning patient support after treatment and safety concerns. Health tourism enhances high-quality cardiovascular medical care access but creates challenges regarding regulatory systems as well as care continuity and impacts on domestic healthcare resources. This research evaluation investigates present market conditions and regulatory consequences to help establish better practices for healthcare system mobility across borders that improve cardiovascular care access while minimizing potential risks. International health tourism needs standardized global guidelines and international partnerships for equal healthcare availability, safe patient care protection and developing health tourism practices.
