چکیده مقاله:

This article aims to analyze and explain the legal and social status of women, and examines the different dimensions of women's rights in the historical, cultural, legal and religious fields. Using a descriptive-analytical method, first, the historical roots of gender discrimination and the continuation of traditional attitudes in different societies have been analyzed, and then the legal and social developments related to the promotion of the status of women, especially in Islamic societies, have been examined. Also, the position of women in texts Religion, especially in Islamic teachings, as well as its adaptation to contemporary civil laws, has been critically analyzed. Finally, the article points to the challenges in the path to achieving gender equality, and offers suggestions for reforming legal and cultural structures.
