The objective of this study is to examine the impact of growth strategy on organizational success. In this regard, four hypotheses were tested, comparing single-activity and multi-activity companies in terms of sales, profitability, brand value, and profit-to-asset ratio. This research employs a descriptive-correlational method, allowing for the analysis of relationships between variables without direct intervention. The statistical population consists of ۵۰۰ international companies listed in the Fortune magazine, from which ۲۱۷ companies were selected as the sample using Cochran’s formula. Research data were extracted from the Forbes ۵۰۰ database and analyzed using SPSS software. The statistical methods applied include t-tests, which helped assess and interpret the effect of growth strategies on organizational success.The study results indicate that the average sales of multi-activity companies ($۱۲۸.۲۵ million) were higher than those of single-activity companies ($۱۰۰.۱۷ million); however, this difference was not statistically significant (p=۰.۱۳۴). In contrast, the profitability of multi-activity companies ($۱۸.۸۳ million) was significantly higher than that of single-activity companies ($۱۰.۳۰ million) (p=۰.۰۰۲). Additionally, brand value in multi-activity companies (۵۴۰.۳۰) was considerably greater than in single-activity companies (۱۵۶.۹۹), with a statistically significant difference (p=۰.۰۰۰). Finally, the profit-to-asset ratio in multi-activity companies (۰.۰۹۶۲) was higher than in single-activity companies (۰.۰۴۵۷), and this difference was also statistically confirmed (p<۰.۰۵). These findings suggest that adopting a multi-activity growth strategy can enhance profitability, brand value, and asset returns; however, it does not have a significant effect on sales..Keywords: Growth strategy, organizational success, single-activity companies, multi-activity companie
