چکیده مقاله:

This study investigates the effect of plasmonic layers and quantum dot Size s on the performance of light-emitting diodes (LEDs). LEDs based on quantum dots have demonstrated significant advancements in optical efficiency and color tunability. The integration of plasmonic layers enhances light emission by utilizing localized surface plasmon resonance (LSPR), which improves photon extraction and energy conversion efficiency. In this research, simulations were conducted to analyze the influence of quantum dot size and plasmonic layer thickness on LED performance. The results indicate that optimized plasmonic layers significantly increase light intensity while maintaining energy efficiency. This study provides valuable insights for designing next-generation LEDs with enhanced brightness and reduced energy consumption.
