چکیده مقاله:

The ever-increasing changes in the business world and the new requirements of production and trade in this era have provided the basis for the emergence of new attitudes. The supply chain in the current environment faces significant complexity and diversity. In response to the change in the market environment, the demand of the supply chain has also encountered considerable uncertainty. In the modern supply chain, the coordination and cooperation among different members of the supply chain, as well as the integration of the production and commercial processes, are essential elements. These factors are essential for the success of companies, leading to achieving a competitive advantage and reducing costs. Since medicine is deemed a strategic commodity and the smallest disruption in its supply chain may cause severe crises, one of the most important and vital factors in the pharmaceutical industry is its supply chain. Given the potential of emerging technologies, such as blockchain in drug supply, which can enhance security and optimize the drug supply chain, an intelligent supply chain utilizing this technology can achieve greater stability through a transparent environment. Therefore, this research proposes an innovative model for a sustainable supply chain in the pharmaceutical industry. This model can serve as a valuable guide for managers of supply chain systems in manufacturing and especially in high-consumption industries.
